Apple has released the iOS 5.0 with new feature "Notification Center". The idea is to display all alerts in one place. All reminders, calendar schedule, new email, and SMS message will be instantly alerted to the user. This feature is like a copycat from the Google Android, of course with different design and looks.



The Notification Center enables the users to get all kinds of notifications on iOS device such as new email, texts, friend requests, and more.

With Notification Center, user can keep track of them all in one convenient location. Just swipe down from the top of any screen to enter Notification Center. It has capability to choose which notifications user want to see. Even see a stock ticker and the current weather.

New notifications appear briefly at the top of your screen, without interrupting what you’re doing. And the Lock screen displays notifications so you can act on them with just a swipe. Notification Center is the best way to stay on top of the life’s breaking news.
