Users can edit or modify image on the phone and upload the photo album to the Apple online storage. - Adding Widget and Quick setting features
The Widget feature will enable users start any task, whether it locks or not. What's more, the iOS 5 will provide the more practical "Quick Settings" feature, with which you can set the volume, the display brightness and wi-fi, GPS etc. - New Desktop Plugins

It seems that is not a new thing to add the Blackbook feature into the new iOS 5, iPhone has had the Blackbook feature, but this feature has been improved.
