Opera Software launched its newest browser Opera 11.10 code-named Barracuda on Tuesday (12/04/2011). Newer versions of these browsers emphasis on improvement of the two features of Opera which was mentioned the most widely used and Opera Speed Dial so that the more agile Turbo browse the web.Opera Features at the Opera 11.10 Turbo is claimed to encourage web browsing speeds up to four times or even more than previous versions. In previous versions, sometimes this can affect image quality. Now, at Opera 11.10 browser, image quality overall has improved.
"In our test lab using a slow internet speeds, the new Opera Turbo can produce pages with an average 54 percent smaller and almost 40 percent faster than not using Opera Turbo," according to a press release from Opera.
"Opera Turbo is a very important feature for anyone who likes traveling, or have a problem with a slow Internet connection," Jan said Standal, VP Desktop Products, Opera Software. "With shrink the size of a page, can make web browsing faster. So, while you were at Starbucks in San Francisco or use the 3G modem in Sri Lanka, Opera Turbo will give you the web browsing experience better. "
In addition, the Speed Dial allows users to quickly access your favorite sites. This new browser will provide an unlimited speed dial that can be tailored to the needs. New layout options and features zoom slider in the configuration menu which has been improved to make the user can set the Speed Dial on various monitors. When Speed Dial automatically adjust the layout of a computer screen, the user can specify the layout as you wish.
Opera comes with a lighter file sizes that make the Opera 11.10 become faster and easier to download. In addition, customization has been done to facilitate the search and use the Speed Dial to local content.
